doggrooming.sg is a matching service that connects dog owners in Singapore with independent dog groomers. When you submit a request, we pass your details to groomers who serve your area so they can quote you. We are a connector only — we do not groom dogs and we do not employ the groomers we match you with.
2. We're not a party to your booking
Any grooming service you arrange is a direct agreement between you and the groomer. We are not a party to it. We don't set prices, take payment for grooming, or control how a groomer runs their business, and we can't guarantee any groomer's availability, pricing, quality of work, or conduct. Please check a groomer's credentials and satisfy yourself before booking.
3. Free to use, no obligation
Submitting a request is free and places you under no obligation to book. You're free to compare the quotes you receive, ask questions, and choose the groomer that suits you — or none at all.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate details about your dog so groomers can quote fairly and care for your dog safely;
- Only submit your own contact details, or details you're authorised to share;
- Deal with matched groomers honestly and courteously;
- Don't use the site to send spam, false enquiries, or anything unlawful.
5. Your dog's welfare
You know your dog best. Tell your groomer about any health conditions, anxieties, bite history, matting, or skin issues before the groom. Responsibility for your dog's welfare during an appointment rests with you and the groomer you book — not with us.
6. Content and information
Guides, price ranges and other information on this site are provided for general guidance only. Prices are indicative ranges drawn from published Singapore rates and are not a quote — your matched groomer confirms the actual price. We work to keep information accurate but don't warrant that it's complete or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a groomer's services, from your dealings with any groomer, or from your use of this site. Our role begins and ends with introducing you to groomers.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, including sharing it with the groomers we match you to. By using the form you agree to that handling.
