Who we are. doggrooming.sg is a matching service that connects dog owners in Singapore with independent dog groomers. We do not provide grooming services ourselves.
What we collect. When you submit a request, we collect the details you provide: your dog's breed and size, the service you want, your area or postal code, your preferred timing, and your name and contact details.
Why we collect it, and who we share it with. We use your details to match you with, and share them with, independent groomers who serve your area so they can contact you with a quote. By submitting the form and ticking consent, you agree to this sharing.
Consent & withdrawal. You may withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing puppysingapore2017@gmail.com.
Retention. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to match you and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.
