What to put in the form
The more specific you are, the better the match — and the closer the quote you get back will be to what you actually pay. Five things matter most:
- Breed and weight. Weight decides equipment before anything else. A groomer set up for a 4kg Maltese cannot properly bath and dry a 30kg double-coated dog, and one who takes the job anyway usually sends it home damp.
- Coat type and its current condition. Curly, silky and double coats are three different skill sets. If a comb stops partway through and the hair moves as a sheet, say so — that is matting, and it changes both the time and the price.
- Your block or postal code. Not just the town. In large towns like Jurong West, Tampines and Choa Chu Kang, a groomer technically nearby can still be fifteen minutes away, and mobile availability often depends on whether the van can park at your specific block.
- Mobile or studio, and why. If your dog is nervous, senior or has never been groomed, say that too. It is the single most useful thing you can tell us, and it changes who we send the request to.
- Anything that went wrong last time. A shave-down you did not agree to, an ear nick, a dog that came home shut down. We match around it.
What happens after you send it
We pass your request to Singapore groomers who cover your area and handle your dog's size and coat. They contact you directly with a quote and their availability.
