Telok Blangah is a mature HDB estate on the southern coast, sitting below Telok Blangah Hill Park and the Henderson Waves end of the Southern Ridges. It is well connected — Circle Line, Harbourfront and the Bukit Merah routes all serve it.
The hill park is the local advantage: a proper shaded climb within walking distance of most of the estate, which gives these dogs better exercise than most heartland towns.

HDB dogs and grooming in Telok Blangah
Telok Blangah is mature HDB built on and around a hill, which makes it one of the few Singapore estates where the walk home is genuinely uphill. The dog population is a mix of long-settled small breeds and a younger cohort in the newer blocks on the slope, and the hill park gives both better exercise than the average heartland town. For senior dogs the hill is the thing to mention — a dog that struggles with the slope will also struggle standing through a two-hour groom, and the session should be planned accordingly.
