Seletar is one of the least dense areas on this list and one of the most distinctive: a mix of the old black-and-white and colonial-era houses around Seletar Aerospace Park, the landed streets off Jalan Kayu, and the newer Fernvale blocks at its Sengkang edge.
Search volume here is below Google's reporting floor, which is expected for a low-density area — but the dogs are real, they are on average larger than the Singapore norm, and they are more likely to live with outdoor access than almost anywhere else on the island.

HDB dogs and grooming in Seletar
Seletar is mostly not HDB at all — it is landed housing, old estate bungalows and a fringe of Fernvale flats. For grooming that means the highest average dog size in the north-east and a lot of outdoor-living dogs. The recurring issue here is not style, it is skin: dogs with constant outdoor access in a tropical climate get damp-coat problems, ticks from grassy areas, and paw irritation. A groomer who inspects the skin and reports back is worth more than one with a good scissor finish.
