Kembangan is a compact neighbourhood between Eunos and Bedok, mostly landed streets with HDB blocks along its northern edge. It is small enough that groomers treat it as part of the Bedok or Eunos run rather than a destination.
The landed streets mean a higher-than-average share of medium and large dogs, and the usual consequences: garden access, damp coats and more skin issues than a flat-dwelling dog of the same breed would have.

HDB dogs and grooming in Kembangan
Kembangan is more landed than HDB, and the practical grooming consequence is size — the average dog here is bigger than in the surrounding HDB towns, and a good share of them are double coated with garden access. That combination is the one most likely to produce hot spots in Singapore's humidity: a patch of skin that stays damp, gets irritated, and then gets licked. A groomer who parts the coat and checks the skin will usually find it before you do. Ask for a skin check when you book.
